Nortel Networks CS1000 Telephony Manager is a sophisticated application for managing Communication Server 1000 and Meridian 1 systems.  This integrated application is used by network managers to configure new hardware, add software services, perform moves, adds and changes, monitor the network for any faults or alarms, perform maintenance tasks, and analyze network traffic patterns.  Telephony Manager contains an integrated directory and has the capability to synchronize with external LDAP directory servers.  It also includes an advanced telecom billing system (optional).  The expertly designed GUI interface makes it easy to manage Communication Server 1000 and Meridian 1 networks.  The current software release of TM is 4.0
